  • How does Live Online work?

    REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

    Online Payment Please proceed and follow the steps until you reach the end. An email confirmation will be sent to the registrant once you’ve finished the entire procedure. Check Payments or Bank Transfers Please fill out the registration form and click Proceed. E-mail a scanned copy or photo of the deposit slip/bank transfer receipt to workshop@franklincoveyphilippines.com. After registering and sending the deposit slip/bank transfer receipt via email a client partner will notify you once they’ve received your registration.

    PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. Payment Methods: Check Payment, Online Payment via FranklinCovey PH Website, and Bank Transfer Checks should be made payable to Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. Payment should be settled before the workshop. For clients with existing payment terms (30 Days or 60 Days), please coordinate with your Public Associate or Client Partner. Proviso on Withholding Tax: Withholding tax applicable on your payments, as called for by Revenue Regulation (RR) No. 172003, Sec. 2.57.2 (E) and (M) will be as follows: Supplier of Goods – 1 % of total cost of implementation tools Supplier of Services – 2% of total cost of services rendered”

  • Do I have to pay for everyone in my office who listens to the webinar?

  • What’s your Cancellation and Refund Policy?

    LIVE-ONLINE WORKSHOP POLICY

    Cancellations or postponements made two (2) days prior to the workshop dates are subject to a 50% cancellation fee provided that no e-kits had been sent to the registered participants. Substitutions are allowed, provided that no e-kits had been sent out to the original participants. Otherwise, the delivered e-kits will be charged accordingly. Delivered e-kits are considered sold and will be charged accordingly.

Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (referred to in this Privacy Policy collectively as “FranklinCovey Philippines,” “we,” “us” and similar terms) is committed to protecting your personal information and strives to take appropriate measures to protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information FranklinCovey Philippines collects from users of its services and the franklincovey.ph website (the “Site”) and how we use this information.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES FRANKLINCOVEY PHILIPPINES COLLECT AND HOW IS IT USED?

FranklinCovey Philippines collects personal information through its Site in connection with user registration and purchase of goods/services offered on the Site, including contact information (i.e., name, postal and e-mail addresses, phone number and billing information) and demographic information (i.e., ZIP code, date of birth). We use this information to send our users information about our Site and to contact the user when necessary. When providing personal information about anyone other than himself or herself, the user will obtain the other person’s consent and provide that person access to this Privacy Policy.

From time to time, FranklinCovey Philippines or its business affiliates may also use your personal information to send you offers and promotions that may be of interest to you. By providing your contact information, you give us permission to send you such materials. Users may opt-out of receiving certain future mailings. We use demographic and profile data to tailor the user’s experience at FranklinCovey Philippines to show users interesting content and to display content according to their preferences.

DOES FRANKLINCOVEY PHILIPPINES SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

FranklinCovey Philippines may share your personal information when we: (1) respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, and to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (2) believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of the Terms of Use or as otherwise required by law; or (3) transfer information about you if Franklin Covey is acquired by or merged with another entity. We may share your personal information to third parties for their use in performing internal functions on our behalf (for example, payment processing, maintenance, security, data analysis, hosting, and so forth).

In such instances, the providers will be contractually required to protect personal information from additional use (including for marketing purposes) or transfer in accordance with this Privacy Policy and industry standards. Occasionally, we make our customer list available to a few carefully screened firms offering products that may be of interest to you. If you prefer not to receive such mailings or not to have your information shared in this manner, you may opt-out at any time. See the choice/opt-out section below. We do not share personal information obtained for the purposes of preparing invoices or reports for clients, nor is such information used for promotional or marketing purposes.
